What NASIF LOJİSTİK collects when you use this site, why we hold it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What you send us. When you complete the shipment inquiry or chartering form we receive what you type: your name, company, e-mail address, telephone number, and the cargo details you choose to give — commodity, quantity, load and discharge ports, country, your role in the trade, Incoterms, laycan, payment terms and any message. Only your name and e-mail address are required; send the rest only if you are comfortable doing so.
What is collected automatically. Our host records standard server logs. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit, which pages they read, roughly where in the world they are and what device they use. That data reaches Google through our own domain rather than a third-party script, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling. We do not collect payment details, we do not operate user accounts, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Google Analytics sets cookies on your device so that one visit can be told from another. They are analytics cookies and do not identify you by name. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on, without losing access to anything on this site. Cloudflare Turnstile is used on our forms to separate people from automated submissions and may set a short-lived token for that purpose.
Where Turkish law applies we rely on Article 5 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK): your own request for a quotation, the performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in running and improving this site. Where the GDPR applies to you as a visitor in the European Economic Area, our lawful bases are consent for analytics, steps taken at your request before entering a contract for inquiries, and legitimate interests for site security and improvement.
Inquiry data reaches our commercial desk in Istanbul and, when a cargo concerns the Gulf, our Dubai company NEGIX General Trading Co LLC. It is never sold, rented or traded. The following processors handle data on our behalf as part of running the site: Webflow, Inc. (hosting and form storage, United States), Google LLC (Analytics and the web fonts served on our pages) and Cloudflare, Inc. (bot protection). These transfers may place data outside Türkiye and outside the EEA; where required we rely on standard contractual clauses and the transfer mechanisms those providers publish.
Inquiry correspondence is kept while the commercial relationship is live and afterwards for the period Turkish commercial and tax law requires — generally ten years. Analytics data is retained for fourteen months. Server logs are held for a short operational period and then discarded.
Under KVKK Article 11 and, where it applies, the GDPR, you may ask whether we hold data about you, what it is and why we hold it, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in portable form. Write to info@nsflogistic.com and we will answer within thirty days. If you believe we have handled your data badly you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority at kvkk.gov.tr or, in the EEA, to your national supervisory authority.
Traffic to this site is encrypted over HTTPS. Inquiry data sits in our host's systems and in our business e-mail, reachable only by the people at NASIF who need it to answer you. No system is perfect and we do not claim otherwise.
